Working principle

First, the steel tire decomposition equipment will decompose the steel tire into chunks, and then the tire shredder will break the tire block into (5-10cm) chunks, after the steel wire separator: the rubber and steel wire separation, and processing into pellets (10mm-20mm), in the rubber pellet machine: the pellets will be crushed to a smaller size (1mm-7mm), after the vibrating screen: The rubber particles of different sizes are sorted, the oversized particles are returned to the crusher for secondary crushing, and then the fiber separator: remove foreign bodies and fibers, and then enter the rubber grinding unit for fine grinding at room temperature, processed into fine rubber powder with a fineness of 5-80, and finally can be bagged and sold through the magnetic separation process.

Waste tire treatment equipment is a large-scale complete set of equipment that completely separates the three major raw materials contained in tires: rubber, steel wire and fiber at a time and realizes 100% recycling at normal temperature. Waste tire processing line can recover tires within the diameter range of 400-3000mm according to customer requirements, with strong applicability, discharge size can be controlled within the range of 5-100mm, and the output can reach 200-10000kg/h.
