Working principle
The working body of the cylinder washing machine is supported by four rollers, the motor drives the reducer, and the size gear makes the working cylinder rotate at a low speed. The ore material containing mud impurities is fed into the feed port and enters the rotating cylinder body. The material guide plate installed at a certain Angle in the working cylinder body is constantly taken up and thrown down. (1) Installation
1. The equipment is installed on a horizontal concrete base and fixed with foot bolts.

4. The water inlet pipe is installed at the discharge end.

(2) Test run
1, before the test should check the parts of the bolts are loose, if necessary to tighten.
2. All parts of the machine must be cleaned before the test, the reducer should be filled with 68 # or 100 # mechanical oil, and the open gear pair and the front and rear bearings should be filled with lithium grease.
3, check the rotation direction of the equipment, strictly according to the direction of the equipment rotation.
4, check the completion of empty load test, the test can be normal before production.
Maintenance of machine
1, the shaft bears all the load of the protection machine, good lubrication has a great relationship to the life of the bearing, which directly affects the service life and normal operation of the equipment. Clean grease should always be injected into the bearing and ensure that the seal is good.
2, check the oil level of the reducer, timely supplement or replace the oil.
3, the rotation parts such as the support shaft are easy to loose, and must be checked frequently.
4. Pay attention to whether all parts of the equipment work normally.
5, pay attention to check the wear degree of easily worn parts, and replace the worn parts at any time.
6, bearing and other rotating parts of the temperature rise, should immediately stop to check the cause to be removed.
7, gear and other rotating parts in the operation of abnormal sound, should be stopped immediately to check and eliminate.
