The utility model relates to a gravity separation equipment which realizes the separation of light and heavy minerals by using the inertial centrifugal force generated by the pulp in the spiral rotation movement.
Stable, easy to control, wide concentration range.
The material processing capacity is large, the enrichment ratio is high, and the recovery rate is high.
Small space, less water consumption, simple structure, no need for power.
Simple installation, convenient operation, small investment, fast income.
Working principle
The uniform pulp is slowly fed to the surface of the spiral groove through the feed groove installed at the head end of the spiral groove for sorting. The end of the spiral groove is equipped with a valve block type product intercepting groove, and the sorted products are divided into three types according to grade along the radial direction. The intercepting width of each product is changed by adjusting the position of the valve block, and the multiple ore flows intercepted are collected and exported respectively by the product gathering bucket. The cross section of the spiral chute and the slope change of the curve are especially suitable for the selection of fine grained materials.
Other instructions
1. Classification of spiral chute?
According to the size of the ore processed, the chute can be divided into three categories:
(1) Coarse grain chute, the maximum size of the ore feed is more than 2-3 mm, the maximum can reach 100-200 mm.
(2) Mineral sand chute, processing 2-3 mm grained ore.
(3) Slime chute, giving ore size less than 0.074 mm.
2, the difference between spiral chute and spiral separator?
The difference between spiral chute and spiral separator is mainly that:
(1) The cross section of the spiral chute is a straight line or a cubic parabola.
(2) Fine, medium and tailings are all connected at the end of the spiral groove, and there is no concentrate interception device in the middle of the spiral groove.
(3) Flushing water is generally not added in the selection process.
