The disc feeder is a feeding equipment suitable for powder ore below 20mm.
The disc feeder is composed of a driving device, a feeder body, a belt conveyor for measuring and a measuring device. The feeder and belt conveyor are driven by a set of driving devices, and the electromagnetic clutch of the driving device has the function of opening, stopping and functional conversion of the feeder. The belt speed of the measuring belt conveyor is less than 1m/s, in order to measure the belt speed, a speed detection device is provided, and in order to prevent the deviation of the weighing roll, a detection rod is provided for adjustment.
Working principle
The bulk material is loaded into the receiving cylinder from the hopper, and the material is not deposited on the disc by its own weight, and the gap between the sleeve and the disc can be adjusted by adjusting bolts to control the natural stacking Angle of the material on the disc. When the disk rotates, the material is evenly scraped to the outside of the disk by the discharge knife on the disk, so that as the disk rotates, the material is evenly scraped into the hopper by the discharge knife. The continuous operation of the disc completes the uniform feeding operation. Adjusting the gap between the discharge knife and the disc can also control the amount of feed. When working, the motor drives the disk mounted on the worm reducer through the pulley.
Other instructions
The disc feeder is a volumetric metering feeding equipment, which can uniformly and continuously feed the material to the next process. It is suitable for feeding all kinds of non-viscous materials, not for powdery materials with good flow performance. The materials fed by the disc feeder are ore, pulverized coal, cement, clinker, limestone, clay and other powdery, granular or small block materials.
