Impact crusher
Impact crusher is a new type of impact crusher developed by our company in attracting advanced technology at home and abroad, combined with the specific conditions of the domestic sand and gravel industry. It uses the latest manufacturing technology, unique structural design, processed products are cube, no tension and cracks, and the grain is quite good. Various coarse, medium and fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) that can be broken with feed particle size not exceeding 500mm and compressive strength not exceeding 350MPa are widely used in various ore crushing, railway, highway and construction industry artificial sand and stone production industries. The discharge particle size can be adjusted and the crushing specifications are diversified.
Working principle
Impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to break materials. When the machine is working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the action zone of the plate hammer, it will collide with the plate hammer on the rotor and break, and then it will be thrown to the counter device and broken again, and then bounce back from the counter liner to the plate hammer action zone and break again. This process is repeated, and the material enters the first, second and third counter cavities from large to small to break again. Until the material is broken to the desired particle size, it is discharged through the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the counter frame and the rotor can achieve the purpose of changing the particle size and shape of the material.
