In recent years, our factory has developed a strong jaw crusher to meet the needs of high strength and high hardness of micro-carbon ferrochrome in metallurgy, mining, construction and other industrial sectors.
Working principle
The working mode of this series crusher is curved extrusion type, its working principle is: the motor drives the belt and pulley, the eccentric shaft makes the moving jaw move up and down, when the moving jaw rises, the Angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, so as to push the moving jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, and the material is crushed or split at the same time, to achieve the purpose of crushing; When the moving jaw goes down, the Angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller, the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and the spring, and the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crusher jaw does periodic movement to crush and discharge materials to achieve mass production.
1, jaw crusher installation precautions?
(1) Due to the large vibration of the jaw crusher during work, the machine should be installed on the concrete foundation, in order to reduce vibration, noise and the impact on the nearby construction and structure foundation, between the crusher and the concrete foundation with hardwood pad, rubber belt or other shock absorbing materials.
(2) The discharge tank of the foundation should be laid with a layer of metal plate, and has a sufficient tilt Angle (should be determined by the fluidity of the material, not less than 50°), so as not to hinder the smooth discharge of the broken product.
(3) The size of the discharge port should be adjusted according to the required product particle size. When adjusting, loosen the T-row bolt and tension spring. Use the lifting bolt to open the adjusting seat, insert or remove the corresponding thickness of the gasket, and then return the lifting bolt, the adjusting seat under the action of the moving jaw weight, close to the rack ear seat, while pressing the gasket group together. After that, the spring pre-pressure is adjusted to ensure that the thrust plate is close to the thrust pad when the machine is working. However, the pre-pressure should not be too large, as long as there is no knocking sound, and finally lock the adjustment seat.
2. What are the precautions for no-load test?
(1) The jaw breaking machine runs continuously for 2h, and the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 30 ° C.
(2) All fasteners of the jaw breaking machine should be firm, without loosening.
(3) Flywheel and groove wheel run smoothly.
(4) All the friction parts of the jaw breaking machine have no scratches, chips and grinding phenomenon, and there is no normal noise.
(5) The adjustment device of the discharge port of the jaw breaking machine should be able to ensure the adjustment range of the discharge port.
3. What are the common reasons for jaw plate fracture of jaw crusher?
Jaw crusher mainly uses the impact energy of the moving jaw and the counterattack of the jaw plate to achieve the purpose of crushing materials. The jaw plate of the jaw crusher plays an important role in the crushing process. The common fault of the jaw plate is fracture. After excluding the jaw plate production process of the jaw crusher manufacturer, the equipment itself can be divided into: The size of the discharge port of the jaw crusher does not meet the standard, when there is a large material into the crushing chamber, the load increases, and the load of the jaw plate increases accordingly; It is also related to the elbow plate and the elbow pad. If the quality of the elbow plate and the elbow pad is unqualified, the elbow plate cannot play the self-breaking protection function of the application when the strong impact force requires self-breaking protection operation.
Human factors: resulting in tension failure of the pull rod spring inside the equipment after a period of time and no timely replacement of the new spring device; The eccentric shaft, bearing, tight bushing and moving jaw assembly are not qualified, the moving jaw is displaced during the working process, and the collision with the inner wall of the fuselage protection plate breaks; If the material is biased in the crushing chamber or the tilt Angle of the lower hopper is too large, the moving jaw directly contacts the material and impacts, increasing the wear impact strength.
Analysis of the reasons for the fracture of the jaw plate, in the production should try to avoid the adverse factors that damage the jaw plate and shorten the life, to ensure the normal operation of the jaw crusher can greatly improve the production efficiency.
4, jaw crusher jaw movement characteristics?
(1) When the jaw plate presses the material, the movable jaw plate must partially move down with the material, which generates a power to push the material downward, thereby speeding up the discharge speed and improving the output. Practice has proved that the output of complex swinging jaw crusher is about 20%-30% higher than that of simple swinging grain crusher of the same specification.
(2) The horizontal swing momentum of the upper part of the movable jaw is greater than that of the lower part, so that the bulk material is easy to be broken in the upper part, and the working area of the entire jaw plate is relatively uniform, in line with the crushing principle, which is conducive to the uniformity of the working load of the jaw plate.
(3) Due to the large downward vertical movement of the lower part of the movable jaw during unloading, it can not only promote the unloading, but also repeatedly turn over the broken product, reduce the long sheet product, and unload the cube shaped block material. In the complex swing jaw crusher, the material is crushed, split and broken, but also subjected to grinding, increasing the crushing force of the material, but also conducive to the improvement of production capacity.
(4) Due to the large vertical displacement of the movable jaw, the friction between the material and the jaw plate is intensified, and the jaw plate is worn faster. At the same time, the phenomenon of over-crushing is intensified, so the dust generated is larger.
(5) When crushing materials, the movable jaw bears a huge crushing force, part of the action on the eccentric shaft and bearing, especially the large complex swinging force is very large, therefore, the complex swinging jaw crusher is usually made of medium and small.
